When and how did you get started in racing?

Started racing karts at age 9, Purchased first Sprint Car at age 17.

Who had the biggest impact on your racing career and why?

My family has gave me tremondous support throughout my career

What would you be doing if you weren't racing?

Possibly in an institution??

What is your favorite aspect of racing?

The competition & the great people involved

What is your greatest accomplishment/best memory?

My feature wins at Lernerville and somehow managing to field a competitive car on a very small budget for all of these years

What is the worst thing that has happened to you in racing, or your worst season?

A couple of very hard crashes; One at Lernerville entering turn one knocking down the video scaffold. Another at the now closed Hickory racetrack- all time altitude record.

In your own words, describe your 2009 season:

Pretty disappointing. We were just a tick off all season and then ended the season by exploding my motor at Tri-City.

What are your plans for the 2010 season?

Currently up in the air, but plan to race at all local races with a quality purse.

Where do you see Sprint Car racing five years from now?

Hope to see some fan growth & would like to see the cars freed up a little so that we can race side by side a little more and promote passing.

What is your ultimate goal?

To have fun! and to become independently wealthy & buy some new equipment to travel around some to race. Would also like to own & promote a race track.

Anything else you would like to add?

Would like to see an area track step up and "feature" the Sprint Cars, paying strong purses and eliminating most other classes.(Similar to Williams Grove & Lincoln program)
